Over a period of 14 years I led a team that was the first to be engaged by EDS on their activities across Europe.

From helping them set up their first office headquarters in Europe through several corporate takeovers and their acquisition by General Motors we advised them on real estate corporate strategy across the UK and the rest of Europe interfacing with their Global Headquarters in Dallas and then Plano Texas.

We acquired and disposed of some 2.5 million square feet of offices, research and data centres in 6 countries.
